We've taken our Little Black Skirt and added a "tulip" shape to the sides for a more elongated leg line. Choose from our wonderful selection of solids and meshes, and now velvet! Available in our narrow 3/4 inch waistband or a wider 2 inch waistband.

Sample is made with M-26.1 Wisteria Mesh Skirt Base Fabric and matching 3/4" Narrow Waistband.
