How do I determine my correct size for dancewear?
We recommend referring to our comprehensive Size Chart located on each product page. Since dancewear is designed for a snug, athletic fit, we suggest measuring your girth, bust, and hips accurately. If you are between sizes, we typically recommend sizing up for comfort.
What is the turnaround time for custom-made orders?
Our custom dancewear is handcrafted with precision. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for production before your order ships. During peak seasons or holiday periods, production times may extend slightly.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our premium dancewear worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Ready-to-wear items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn with original tags attached. Due to their unique nature, custom-made items and 'Final Sale' products are not eligible for return or exchange.
How should I care for my Eleve garments?
To maintain the elasticity and vibrant colors of your dancewear, we recommend hand washing in cold water with mild detergent. Always lay flat to dry and avoid using bleach, ironing, or machine drying.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, it immediately enters our processing queue. We can accommodate changes or cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, we are unable to modify orders as production or fulfillment has already begun.
